Preparing the company to receive professional investment requires the collection of documentation and specific information, as well as an analysis of the situation of the company in corporate, economic-financial and legal terms, among others. The professional investment by Private Equity and Venture Capital to companies does not stop growing in Spain, having reached in 2017 its highest figure, exceeding the 5,000 million euros.

The University of Valencia Science Park Foundation (UVSPF) will hold, next July 5 in the Board Room of Building 1 SC, a day for entrepreneurs and companies interested in raising funds from professional investors. In the program we will have representatives of the Asociación Valenciana de Startups, Startupxplore and Aktion Legal, which will explain some keys to success in the search and capture of capital.
