Standard accommodation

Distributed among Buildings 1, 2 and 3 of the Science Park, this modality offers complete facilities in offices, offices and laboratories fully equipped to develop competitive business projects.

Business Incubator

The Incubator is located in the Head Building of the Science Park. A space designed to provide temporary support to spin-offs of the University of Valencia and other business initiatives.

Entrepreneurial Seedbed

Shared-use spaces for startups and newly formed companies. A new concept of incubation coworking space that hosts innovative companies and supports their startup.

Virtual Office

It offers a professional image of the company and a suitable environment for meetings with clients. An ideal service for companies that do not occupy physical space in the park, but want to be linked to it.

The PCUV's range of facilities includes common areas available in the business area, which can be adapted to any type of event or meeting. The meeting rooms, with different capacities, have all kinds of equipment to meet any need of the users.
