With the arrival of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the recently approved Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5th, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights,complaints in data protection have increased. Mediation and conciliation are out-of-court mechanisms for resolution of conflicts, valid for practically any type of controversy that have been used in the private sphere of law; therefore, they are also a solution for privacy regulation.
