Juan Díez Architecture Studio is a liberal architect who develops activities of highly efficient architecture, passive house and almost zero consumption buildings (ECCN). We are an Architectural Studio focused on high efficiency buildings. The methodology applied to the design and execution of projects differentiates us. We carry out calculations of thermal bridges, the energy balance of each of the buildings that we project with specific software of the Passive House Institute, which reflects the demands for cooling and heating and their consumption, that they should not exceed 15 Kwh/m 2 year and maintain a CO2 level in the building’s indoor environment <500 ppm improving the quality of indoor air. These are precisely the most innovative points, greatly improving the building park and improving the applicable regulations of the Spanish Technical Code of Construction, the CTE.
